KELLEY REXROAD, SPHR
BOARD CHAIR
With over 30 years of experience in HR and communications, Kelley Rexroad, SPHR, PHRP, is a renowned strategist known for her innovative approach to employee relations and talent development. As Chairman of the Board at BORVO HealthCare, she brings a wealth of expertise in aligning organizational culture with strategic goals, fostering excellence with care and grace in all relationships, while maximizing long-term value for stakeholders.

Previously, Kelley served in executive leadership positions, including Corporate Officer of Human Resources and Communications for a publicly traded NASDAQ firm. She led global teams for dozens of successful mergers and acquisitions in both the aerospace and pharmaceutical industries.

Kelley holds a triple major BA degree and is a candidate for an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from Mary Baldwin University. She pursued advanced studies at Thunderbird School of Global Management and American University and holds numerous certifications and certificates.
DANIEL F. BRADLEY, PT
DIRECTOR
Dan Bradley has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare sector primarily in outpatient physical and hand therapy, occupational medicine, and prosthetics and orthotics. He brings a wealth of expertise in business strategy, healthcare management, and operational performance. As a strategic healthcare executive and member of the Board of Directors at BORVO Healthcare, Dan leverages his extensive knowledge to enhance business growth and operational efficiency across organizations..

Dan spent 20-plus years with Select Medical (NYSE:SEM) rising through the organization’s Outpatient Division from Regional Vice President to Chief Operating Officer and in 2004 took on the role of President. Under Dan’s leadership, Select’s Outpatient Division grew through DeNovos, acquisitions, hospital joint ventures, and physician management agreements to over 1,900 centers in 39 states and the District of Columbia. Select’s Outpatient Division operates 17 different brands, most notably NovaCare Rehabilitation and Select Physical Therapy.

Dan has a degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University and during his clinical career had the opportunity to work with the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Eagles and is a published author. He has also held Board positions with River Crossing YMCA and Boston University’s Sargent College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences.
JAMES I. TAYLOR, MBA, PHD
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
With over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, finance, and healthcare, Dr. Taylor has a distinguished record of delivering substantial financial returns.
At BORVO HealthCare, Dr. Taylor leads strategic acquisitions of medical practices, focusing on maximizing return on capital, fostering long-term value, and delivering excellence in patient care.
His roles have included serving as Director of Equities, managing equity and fixed income portfolios exceeding $100 million, as well as an NYSE and Wall Street Journal-listed large-cap equity mutual fund, outperforming the S&P 500 during his tenure. As VP of Business Development for FNB, with $1 billion under management, he oversaw the institutional and trust business for seven counties and 34 branches. He has successfully raised nearly $1 billion in new assets in his career in investment management.
Dr. Taylor’s career also includes senior roles at Raymond James and PwC. At Raymond James, he oversaw $1 billion in institutional and retail fixed income inventories, reporting daily VaR risk to the President & CEO. At PwC, he provided critical financial insights nationally as a Senior Manager.
Jim holds a PhD from the University of South Florida, an MBA in Finance from Duquesne University, and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Carnegie Mellon. He is also a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Management and Economics. He has also been a top-rated Adjunct and Assistant Professor for 25 years at three universities at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
FRED BONACCORSO

My mission is to help healthcare organizations achieve their goals and optimize their performance.
With over 30 years of executive management experience across various industries, Fred Bonaccorso is a seasoned leader in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. As a member of the Board of Directors at BORVO HealthCare, he leverages his expertise in strategic planning, business development, and financial management to drive growth.
Previously, Fred served as Executive Vice President of Navigator Group Purchasing, an MHA company, where he led a team of over 650 suppliers and managed over $1.6 billion in aggregated purchases across 36,000 locations. His experience also includes roles as President of M. Tucker, a division of Singer NY, and Vice President at Sysco where he oversaw sales and operations for a $1 billion division.
Fred's extensive career spans various senior roles, including Vice President and General Manager at Verizon, where he managed a $425 million business. He has consistently delivered exceptional results in sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Fred holds a BS in Geology with a minor in Business from Long Island University.
ERIC SLUSSER
DIRECTOR
With over 20 years of executive management experience, Eric Slusser is a seasoned finance leader in the healthcare industry. As Finance Director for the Board of BORVO HealthCare, he brings a wealth of expertise in financial strategy, operational excellence, and strategic planning.
As CFO of Select Rehabilitation, Eric successfully managed financial operations across 3,000 locations in 46 states, driving efficiency and financial stability within the organization.
His extensive background includes serving as CFO at Express Scripts, where he oversaw all financial activities and partnered with senior management to guide the company’s strategic direction. Eric's career also includes senior finance roles at Cardinal Health.
Eric is a CPA and holds an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BBA in Accounting from Washburn University.
DR. GAURAV SAXENA, PT, DPT, MBA, OCS
DIRECTOR
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare operations and financial management, Dr. Saxena has led the expansion and management of more than 40 medical centers and clinics, handling nearly $100 million in revenue. His strategic guidance has resulted in significant revenue increases and a 125% improvement in key performance indicators.
Dr. Saxena’s expertise includes launching new clinics, integrating acquisitions, and ensuring seamless operational transitions. He has established over a dozen new clinics across multiple states, consistently achieving double-digit annual growth targets. His leadership in compliance and HIPAA regulations has maintained high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
This combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, and financial acumen makes Dr. Saxena a key asset to BORVO HealthCare, driving growth and excellence in patient care.
Dr. Saxena holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, he has a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Barkatullah University in Bhopal.
BILL PAUL, ESQ.
DIRECTOR
With over 50 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, healthcare, and corporate transactions, Bill Paul serves as the Legal Director of the Board at BORVO HealthCare. His distinguished legal career began as a senior staff attorney in the SEC Division of Corporation Finance. His private practice, following those initial 3-1/2 years, has included guiding physician groups, hospitals, and medical device companies through complex transactions. Bill has held partner positions in several of the largest law firms, where he has successfully overseen mergers, acquisitions, and securities offerings totaling over $2 billion.
Bill's career highlights include representing clients in the syndication, consolidation, acquisition, merger, and sale of major medical practices, diagnostic imaging facilities, refractive surgery system enterprises and providers, prostate cancer treatment product and system developers and distributors, and ambulatory surgery centers. He has represented a leading hospital organization and numerous individual physicians and medical executives in a wide range of contract negotiations, Medicare waivers, and other compliance matters. He has also been involved in the legal aspects of multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions. His expertise has been instrumental in negotiating and closing deals that have resulted in significant financial returns and operational efficiencies for his clients.
Bill holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and pursued advanced studies in taxation at Georgetown University Law Center.

Roche is recognized for his transformative approach to workforce development and healthcare innovation. As Chair of the BORVO HealthCare Advisory Board, Geoffrey leverages his extensive expertise to drive strategic acquisitions and operational excellence.
Geoffrey's career highlights include his role as Director of Workforce Development at Siemens, where he developed a comprehensive workforce strategy and formed partnerships with healthcare providers, educational institutions, and government entities. His leadership has been crucial in addressing workforce challenges and advancing equitable healthcare practices.
Previously, Geoffrey served as an Executive Advisor for the National Health Care Practice, overseeing the acquisition of multiple rehabilitation businesses into a major orthopedic group, delivering substantial revenue growth and service line expansion.
Geoffrey has also held key positions in public and government affairs, community health, and business development at Lehigh Valley Health Network, leading successful mergers, enhancing organizational culture, and improving market share.
Geoffrey holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from East Stroudsburg University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Management from Moravian University. He has pursued executive education at Harvard Medical School, Duke University, the University of Arizona, Thunderbird School of Global Management, and Santa Clara University.

ROB SPRYN

With over 30 years of experience in healthcare membership administration operations, Robert Spryn is a dynamic leader known for his extensive expertise in all facets of healthcare operations. As a member of the Advisory Board at BORVO HealthCare, Robert will leverage his knowledge in billing and enrollment operations, call center management, claims, vendor management, and compliance to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Robert's notable roles include Associate Vice President of Health Plan Services at Wipro, where he drove strategic initiatives and improved operational processes. At Blue Cross of Idaho, as the Director of Enrollment and Billing Services, he led critical operations for commercial, individual, and Medicare lines of business, significantly enhancing business strategy and customer service.
Robert also served as Director of Billing and Enrollment at Health First, managing various lines of business and ensuring operational excellence. His experience also includes significant positions at ConnectiCare and Kaiser Permanente, where he oversaw membership administration and financial reporting for multiple state regions.
Robert began his career at Blue Cross of Northeastern PA, holding leadership roles in credit and collections, enrollment, and billing management. He also served as President and CEO of the National Association of Credit Management's Southern Tier of NY affiliate, focusing on the professional advancement of credit professionals.
Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wilkes University.

With over 15 years of experience in the medical equipment industry, Jennifer Sineway is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and business leader. As a member of the Advisory Board at BORVO HealthCare, Jennifer brings her extensive expertise in strategic development and business operations to the forefront, ensuring the organization achieves its mission of excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.
Jennifer is the CEO and Founder of JLS MedEquip LLC, where she helps medical professionals source high-quality equipment at a fraction of the cost throughout all stages of their business lifecycle. She is also the Co-Founder of Allied Analytic, focusing on innovative solutions for the healthcare industry. Jennifer's leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving growth and enhancing service delivery in her ventures.
In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Jennifer serves as an Advisory Board Member at the USF Center for Entrepreneurship, where she contributes her insights to foster entrepreneurial success within the community. Her role in the advisory board and mentorship committee has helped guide numerous startups and established businesses towards sustainable growth and innovation.
Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

With over 10 years of experience in finance and healthcare, Priyeshwar Sodhii, MBA, is a distinguished finance professional known for his strategic insights and operational excellence. As a member of the Advisory Board at BORVO HealthCare, Sodhi brings a wealth of expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning to drive business growth and optimize financial performance.
Sodhi currently serves as the Director at Milestone Financial Engineers, where he functions as a fractional CFO for physician medical practices. His role involves spearheading financial statement preparation, business activity reports, and annual budgets, which have resulted in a 30% reduction in reporting time and increased accuracy in financial reporting. He has also led process improvement initiatives, enhancing transparency, accuracy, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Prior to his current role, Sodhi worked as a Reconciliations Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he conducted daily reconciliations of general ledgers and sub-ledgers, ensuring accurate transaction adjustments and postings. He also gained significant experience as a Senior Analyst at Oakford Park Capital, working closely with Dr. Taylor. She adeptly utilized tools like Python and Excel for data management and Octoparse for web scraping, demonstrating her technical proficiency and attention to detail.
Her previous experience includes serving as a Project Analyst at T.Tanakorn Transport & Travel Co., Ltd., and as a Special Force Leader at True Corporation in Thailand, where she honed her skills in strategic planning and teamwork. Patchy's diverse background also includes a role at WonderWorks Attraction, where she ensured guest safety and provided excellent customer service.
Patchy's educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with a focus on Business English from Assumption University of Thailand, an MBA in Data Analytics from the University of South Florida.

Previously, Myat served as a Relationship Manager at CB Bank in Myanmar, where she excelled in managing corporate client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. She is currently working as a Business Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, leveraging her expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and data visualization.
Myat is an MBA graduate from the University of South Florida, specializing in Business Data Analytics. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Assumption University in Bangkok, Thailand.
